After udpating to BambuStudio 2.5.0.64, i am now unable to print TPU on my H2D.
Printer’s firmware version is 01.02.02.00(lastest version)
I have joined beta program, but ther is no new firmware.

there was a hotfix yesterday for Studio, have you installed it? Version x.x.x.66

I updated BambuStudio to 2.5.0.66 and i still have the same issue. BambuStudio is asking me for a new firmware of the H2D

The left nozzle TPU support will come with the new Beta firmware which should be available shortly.

But it was working BEFORE i updated to 2.5.0.64, as i am using TPU for AMS in the left nozzle
So this update just stopped me from working on this project.
It is strange to see a software release while the required matching firmware is still unavailable

Try reverting to older Studio. Should find older on the github

Yeah that’s what i’ll have to do unfortunately… I was hoping for a quick hotfix/release about that as the new features of this new version of bambustudio were interesting to me…

It’s a dual tpu print. Right is already 90A, left is 98A (ams tpu)

This is one of the goofiest things I’ve ever seen from a tech company - release a management software version that requires a beta firmware… to enable something that already worked. Trying to reprint something I printed yesterday and suddenly I’m unable to because the slicer updated and my printer firmware is “no longer able to print”.

The ONLY thing that would make it better is if you had to pay for either the software or firmware update to get you back to where you started….
Probably shouldn’t give them any ideas LOL
They may have found an issue with the firmware right after deploying BambuStudio’s update who knows…

Hoping that this release will be delivered ASAP as I have prints to do and a smart new H2d not not being able to do what I need it to… tried installing the previous firmware and it didn’t fix the problem…
Not tried it as I’m new to the h2d, but is it possible to overcome the auto ID of the filament, name it something else and then change the print characteristics / parameters so that it can print the AMS TPU properly…?
Any help, advice to find a work around would be really appreciated as I have no idea how long Bambu Labs are going to take to provide a fix for this…

Just picked up that this might only be a ‘left nozzle issue’… hadn’t realised that and will swap round the filaments and try that… fingers crossed…
