Hey forum, I have just been getting into TPU printing and I just got my first roll. I have been doing a couple prints, and I was kind of wondering how you guys optimize filaments and how to do that so I can get better print quality.

You need to provide more info on the brand and hardness of TPU you have. The hardness of TPU dictates different printing setups and parameters.
For filament calibration, I like to manually calibrate pressure advance and flow ratio at a minimum. For something like TPU you may want to do a speed test and temperature tower also.
None of these use a lot of filament and can significantly improve printing results.
I am using Overture 95A TPU. I haven’t tried those calibrations yet, so that will probably help a lot, thanks!
I have been printing Overture 95A TPU using the standard Bambu Lab 95A filament profile and it seems to print just fine. You don’t have to do a cold pull every time, like Bambu Studio tends to ask you to do.
There is a concern about atmospheric moisture so I have been protecting my filament with an old repurposed filament dryer as a dry box and spool holder when printing TPU. I have an AMS HT and I am going to start using the AMS HT, utilizing its bypass outlet, rather than the old dryer to print TPU.
