Ok so im goin made here , im trying to print some bustom button inserts for a project that I can light up hence the translucent, I did some trial prints to get the design fitment right using a 0.4 end , I got it all dialed in and got a goof fit but the qulity was very rough so I ordered a 0.2,
Can I get it to print , most prints just dont stick but when they do the supports seem to melt into the model and bond , ive tried using pla as an interface but now it wont stick.
Ive tried:
Slowing the initial layers down 50%
Heating the nozel and bed up 5°C
Cooling the nozel and bed down 5°C
I calibrated the filament to the nozel.
Cleaned my plates
Used smooth , textured and cool plates.
I just dont know what to do , has anyone printed petg in 0.2 that can share some settings?
