Hi i have tried to find an answer to this but with no luck . i was wondering if i can use a transparent filament and a white filament for the walls , its so a light can be seen through the item . make it glow a bit more than white infill
Why wouldn’t you be able to do this? Nothing to wonder about at all.
Color is color, even if it’s the absence of color. 
Red+Blue is no different than White+Clear as far as the printer is concerned.
I am not aware of a setting in Bambu Studio that will make this easy.
You can fake it, though.

You can create a modifier shape within the main object and adjust the dimensions to match the infill. You will be in control of the dimensions of the internal object. If you designed the model, you would make a duplicate with a slightly smaller shell to match the wall-count subtraction.
The linked file is an example.
It will cause a significant number of filament swaps, though.
Ok thanks Malc . and yeah rocket i meant use white pla as the walls and use a transparent filament as the infill . couldnt see a way to do it in the slicer .

You may be better served with a hollowed centre if you plan to utilise illumination.
