Transparent PLA stretches around curved part

Hi, This is a model I printed without any problem using Esun Transparent PLA but with this R3D Transparent PLA, it has these kind of stretches around the curved area. Anyone have an idea why it is happening and how I might fix it?

You will probably have to play with the nozzle temperature and printing speed as these materials probably have slightly different compositions.

Thanks. I am trying to print with raised nozzle temperature and decreased fan. Could decreasing the fan be a good idea for better adhesion? Does this look like an adhesion issue? One thing I forgot to mention was that I am printing this using a 0.8 nozzle with 1.2mm width and 0.4mm height.

Adhesion between layers? Problems like this are normally a temperature problem. Try printing slower with a higher nozzle temperature. Adjusting fan speed isn’t what I would suggest as this shouldn’t affect the temperature the filament is being extruded at.
