Tree Support problems

I’m having an issue where the tree support is touching the model, making it difficult to remove and leaving artifacts.
Please help.

This is an odd problem. I can’t seem to recreate it.

Is it possible to post the model that you are using? Also what version of the Bambu Studio are you using?

do you have “on build plate only” selected?

My guess is that your STL has defects and is not completely solid on the side. Many people will put up unprintable models on 3D printing websites.
