Troubleshooting. Would someone test print a small file in silver silk

Howdy, we’ve been trouble shooting the problem for 2 days now and have replaced the nozzle, extruder, ceramic heater, fan and just put in a brand new role of Bambu Silk Silver filament all with the same unwavering results. The odd part is I have printed a ton of silver silk previously with no issues. The only thing I haven’t eliminated is the file itself. It’s the silver portion of the fins on the Space X starship.

The rest of the starship printed flawlessly. The print takes 27 minutes and I just need to see if the file creates “worms” on your end as it does here because I’m out of ideas on this end.

If you have the time and Bambu silk silver our direct email is Jodaliacreations@gmail.com

Thanks

Well now I am really flummoxed. I just printed the parts in black PLA, figured I would airbrush them so I could complete the build and this is how they are coming out in black. Basically, the entire print head is brand new so I am truly at a loss.

Are you able to print the part with another filament?

Figured it out by reading through oodles of forum posts here and over yonder. The file I loaded, for some reason on that one plate had dramatically increased the print speed for the filament.

I lowered everything back down where it belongs and all parts have printed beautifully.

Thank you to everyone for the input and the offers of assistance here and in email.
