I am trying to print this coaster with some text and an image. If i remove the “cylinder” part of the assembly, it will slice the remaining parts fine. But when I’ve added the cylinder and slice the plate, it just slices only the cylinder and ignores the rest of the parts.

Even if it sliced properly, you would still have a problem.
The Orange PLA, PLA & PETG don’t stick to each other…you have to make it all PLA or all PETG, not both.
Good call. I’ll switch that out if I can ever get it to actually slice!
In case anyone ever has the same issue, I solved this problem by moving the “cylinder” of the coaster to the top of the assembly list. I have no idea what where the part being in the list made a difference, but it did. When moving the part to the top of the assembly list, the project sliced as expected.
I was able to figure out my issue, but I wanted to let you know I really appreciate you pointing out the mixed filament issue. I had read about it before, but just had forgot when I was picking out colors. Saved me a wasted print!!
