Trying to submit a ticket for support cannot load log files

Trying to submit a ticket, cannot logs required.
I have powered down and back on machine numerous times to get them, still nothing. When I try to get logs through handy app, it says machine busy

Tool head came off, wires for my Toolhead ripped out. Bought a replacement and installed, ensuring plugged in correctly
No response from printer
Don’t respond to buttons being pushed.




Just a random thought here, but on the printer did you cancel the print?

Ok, I think that if you wait long enough on the support page it will let you submit without the logs. Otherwise try changing thy type of ticket as some do not require logs. Another option is to try the support chat link, thought that one requires waiting and you have to be online when they are, this might be a good time for that actually.

Thank you. And I let the printer sit for about 45 mins and the design cancelled itself, showing nothing pending to resume.

I restarted it again and homed all axis, printed a benchy.
