Saw this photos, the metal looks yellowish like tungsten. Im guessing they are not marked “WC” due to space limitation, hence the different color for identification. Hopefully they are coming soon.
Are you referring to the color of the shaft, or the tip?
The shaft seems colored by oxidation and condensation of material.
But then again, it shouldn’t be that hard to release those in tungsten carbide.
The only difference would be the tip.
Its got some kind of yellow silicon jacket but it also has yellowish metal underneath. Regular HF nozzles look completely different.
Also the standard H2 tungsten nozzles are not just the tip, but full length tungsten including the throat.
I don’t know where the image came from but they could be prototypes also.
I have 2 tungsten carbide nozzles on the way, they will arrive today.
Curious on how they will perform.

Stefan from CNC kitchen disassembled (sacrificing it) one.
The main part is brass, and the outer shell is magnetic (heated part). You might be looking at brass here then. Maybe a prototype with the magnetic part in the core.
The brass seems to be required for an even heat distribution.
Its hart to tell, but they seem to be a bit shorter also.

Length is standard, here is where i got the photo. Its possible its just the brass on a prototype nozzle.
PS: I sent him a DM asking about the nozzles already, so dont spam him with more.

I wonder if the sleeve is kapton
It might be specifically for the HF nozzles. instead of the TC ones.
