Unable to exit 14-day exclusive launch after the end

Upon uploading a model to MakerWorld, you are given the option to join the MakerWorld program with the following choices:

The benefits are obvious, which is why I decided to upload my model under the standard digital file license with the exclusive program for the first 14 days.

I license all my models under the public domain (CC0) license and I planned to change it after the 14 day period was over.

According to MakerWorld, it has been 15 days:

The problem is that I am unable to exit or change the license of the model:

but as can be seen on the image, it is no longer an exclusive model:

Not sure if I misunderstood it or (I sure hope so) that is a bug…

(from the exclusive model policy)

By the way, this is the model in-case someone wants to take a look at it: Slim planetary gearbox for Nema 17 by luro02 - MakerWorld

Looks to be a bug. You can alert @MakerWorld to it by tagging them here on forums or sending a support ticket.

I think you’re prooobably the 1st person to enter 14day EMP one instead of BIG 90 day one and thus you’re THE beta tester of this option

Actually I have really considered this one and might use it in the future. For most of my models I don’t like being pinned down to one platform (only mostly cater one brand) and forbidding users to remix them. To each their own of course. But the two week exclusivity is a real opportunity here. I can grant MW a head start, these two weeks are the best weeks for us both anyway, and I can let non-MW users enjoy and remix my creations afterwards.

It’s like a theatrical release before Netflix. The theaters get more traffic out of it and in the end more people can enjoy it, instead of keeping it theatres only.

I am really curious how this one pans out, keep us updated please and good luck creating the ticket!

Here is the promised update:

The issue has been fixed, and you can now exit the exclusive program after the 14 days:

I had another model enrolled around the same time, and was able to exit the program there as well, so it seems like they fixed this for everyone, yay.
