I am beginning to believe there is more at play with whether your item is displayed in the New Items, or even in searches. Have you had a lot of customer service requests? Someone flagging your models for review? Have an evil hater that is reporting anything and everything?
I think they have a sort of black list or dog house where some people are thrown to for periods of time. While there your items might be “missed” in the results or at minimum put to the bottom of the search list…
I have the same issue. My new uploads never show in new uploads and when I join contests they never show in the contest list. Makerworld needs to fix this issue asap. The only way to find them is by searching the correct keywords.
Dang Josh! How do you find the time to make awesome models and at the same time so active on the forums? I hardly have the patience to read those long winded “entitled rants” let alone respond the way that you do

I enjoy it around here, although I could probably spend more time modeling vs writing long winded responses to long winded “entitled rants”.
