This morning when trying to start some prints, nothing would be sent to the printer. Click print and it processes then uploads but the printer never started. I switched over to local LAN thinking the Cloud was having issues like it usually does. SD card in, access code good, Send to printer and nothing… Strangely the file is showing on the SD card, it just never triggered the printer to actually start the print.
This just started this morning. I had no issues with the printer sending prints via cloud last night. This morning I oil the screws, swap in a 6 nozzle and try to print and nothing. It only prints now from the SD card. Any Ideas?
The Bambu Cloud Status page doesn’t show any issues.
Are you perhaps using the “Send” in Bambu Studio instead of “Print Plate”?
“Send” transfers the gcode to the SD card but doesn’t start the print.
No, I have always used Print Plate, I never used local LAN/Send till this morning as a work around.
I assumed local LAN/Send would do the same as Print Plate just only on the local network. It seems nothing I do this morning will trigger the printer to print from Bambu Studio.
Also note that when I looked into Bambu Handy I can see those original prints that I tried to send, They showed as printing but nothing ever went to the printer.
Now out of the blue everything started working like nothing was ever wrong. Going to chalk this up to an unannounced/reported Cloud issue.
