I got the following message a couple of weeks ago when trying to feed a filament (PLA) from an external spool:
“Please check if the filament is coming oiut of the nozzle. If not, gently push the material and try to extrude again.”
Now, several weeks later, and several successful prints later (with various filaments), the message is still there and there’s no obvious way to delete or reset it.
I have tried to google the problem and obviously look here in the forums, but have found no answers. Google searches only returns methods to fix the problem if you are actually having problems feeding your filament, nothing about clearing error messages.
I found a lot of users posting similar problems (different error messages) that are unable to clear the error messages as well. None of the posts have a solution.
The error message is visible on the machine itself (X1C), in Bambu Studio, and the Bambu Handy-app. What they all have in common is that you can only read the message, and on the machine itself also scan a QR code that takes you to a page that explains how you can solve the filament feeding problem. None of them have any menu option/button to delete the error message itself, when it’s no longer valid.
Obviously, I do not have the error. The printer is working fine and producing perfect models with all the various filaments I have. So the error message lingers in memory and remains visible anytime I open Bambu Studio, Handy app or the machine itself.
Does anyone know how to delete these messages from memory?
