Unable to upgrade studio from 2.4.0.70 to2.4.1.80 or higher

Trying to install 0.8mm nozzle on my P2S, wiki states that studio must be v2.4.0.80 or higher,

studio says under help that presets and check for updates both are at the newest versions, which is 2.4.0.70. How can I update to 2.4.1.80? I have downloaded v2.4.1.81 but can’t see how to upload on studio.

Is 2.4.1.80 even available? The latest on Github is 2.4.0.70.

Yeah, I got it from bambu wiki,

Are you sure about that? Wiki links to .70

All I ask is how to update studio to a different version of software. Am I locked in to v2.0.4.70?

Can you provide a link to that wiki page? Or where you found 2.4.1.81?

No, you can install any version up to 2.4.0.70, which is the most recent public release.

You can find current and previous versions at Releases · bambulab/BambuStudio · GitHub. Future updates will also be available there when they are released. Find the version you want, scroll down to the end of those release notes and expand Assets to find the installation package for your operating system.

But I don’t understand a need for a newer version. Version 2.4.0.70 already lets you select a 0.8 nozzle and slice for that nozzle without a problem. You do also need to update the installed nozzle size USING THE PRINTER DISPLAY.
