Unable to use Bambu PETG Translucent

I have purchased boxes of Bambu PETG Translucent and want to print a simple file, yet the automatic sensor in my AMS2 does not recognize the filament. No other position has a loaded filament. When I manually tell Bambu Studio under preview> “project filaments” the correct name of the filament, that is loaded in the correct position, Bambu can’t seem to indicate that filament when I go to “device, instead is a ?

The printer correctly indicates a filament loaded in the position, but somehow Bambu can’t take my manually loaded information and print it using what I have told it to use? If I go to print, it shows PLA?? and an error message about mapping.

Have I done something wrong or is there a failure in my system/software?

Have you tried different spools of that material? Maybe the NFC tag of one spool is incorrect.

Thanks for the suggestion. Yes, 2 different spools. Then tried ABS, same thing. One reason I buy Bambu filaments is that I don’t have to manually map all my filaments; the software does the job, with the AMS2 sensing the type of filament. I was able to successfully select ABS by removing all filament options except ABS using the add/remove filament feature. Bambu software is not working properly, it seems. It wants to run everything as PLA basic.
