Unclear print Problem - VIDEO

I have a problem with printing as you can see in the attached video. The problem only occurs in black filament.

Print settings: 0.20mm Standard @BBL A1
I printed the same model a while ago and it came out perfectly. On the second one this situation.

Spool bind? I have seen this before when the filament is dug into the side of the roll preventing it from feeding.

I tried another model sample from the SD card (scraper) and it shows normally but the quality is poor compared to the white one
