I have a 500 hour P1P that I already replaced the gears and hot end with hardened. I have an AMS that i use with it. Up until a couple weeks ago this thing was flawless but as of late I’m having major issues. After a slew of problems wit Overture Rock PLA I switched to a .6 hot end than back to the .4 and my issues seemed to be over until… First pic , things seemed back to normal. Second pic, all top layers are not smooth and every attempt to print after comes out like this. Lumpy and not smooth.
