Do any of you know what I could fine tune to fix this? It seems like I’m getting underextrusion but only at the edges of the print. Could this be just a simple flow calibration issue?
Normally I would suggest that your Flow Dynamic (pressure advance) is incorrect.
BUT looking at your picture it looks like you might have the wrong size wrong nozzle selected?

The individual lines of filament in the central region of your part are too distinct, either the wrong nozzle was used or the flow rate needs to be calibrated. Then also calibrate pressure advance, aka flow dynamics or K value.
