Cleared and checked the entire filament path, cold pull, took out tubes, took out filament guide, changed the nozzle to the Hardened steel. BAM Printed an entire bed 250mm x 250mm 1 layer and it’s a solid sheet of plastic.
100% fixed.
I think the factory Steel Nozzle had a defect in it which was restricting the flow of Plastic. I never found anything in the filament path that was obstructing. Needless to say, I am not using that nozzle again. Now I have the hardened steel installed.
