Cleared and checked the entire filament path, cold pull, took out tubes, took out filament guide, changed the nozzle to the Hardened steel. just a quick question, as it wasn’t mentioned yet, but are you using the hardened Steel Hotend, or the Stainless Steel Hotend?
The Hardened Steel has noticeable Z-offset issues and can cause a similar problem.
