Under Extrusion? Or deformed layer line?

Hi all,

I have a P1S with AMS, and I am pretty well rehearsed with 3D printing and been doing it with my company for over 8 years now. I have came across an issue with our latest design and its really bugging me now. Its the last “non-perfect” part of the print, and i’d really like to iron it out.

I am printing a multi material print, the bottom is a Bambu PETG, followed by Bambu PETG with CF and the last 2 layers of support to the model are dissolvable PLA for clean breakage and clean bridges lines.

The issue seems to be the outer wall extrusion not adhering correctly or been dragged by the support layer, subsequent layers above it.

If anyone has came across this before or has any reccommendations, I am all ears.

Thanks.

I think it could be something odd happening with the outer layer as the other side shows a deformed string.

Don’t know if this is it, but it seems like nozzle clumping detection. Not sure if the P1 has it though. Try printing it again and observe it as it goes there.

Don’t think the P1S has nozzle detection clumping pal. So don’t think its that unfortunately…

Probably not that pal. You tried the second thing I’ve suggested?

Will do that tomorrow. I tried printing outside in, its improved, but still there.
