This is a circular part with a brim applied. Brim was set to 8mm and gap was set to the default of .1. The attached images are screen grabs from a video, moving from left to right. In order they are:

The other side of the part is fully attached. So essentially the part and the brim are not concentric. I would expect either fully attached or fully detached if they were concentric.
Brand new H2C, unboxed, run through initial calibration and this part printed with Bambu ASA (all default settings for the filament, 270 nozzle, 65 chamber, 100 bed).
Any idea why this may be happening? FYI, this is the 2nd H2C to do this, it is a replacement for my initial H2C because it was doing this as well as random print quality issues which could not be corrected by Bambu Support.
Here is an additional photo with the plate removed from the printer. As you can see the gap between the brim and the part is significantly more than .1mm.
Elephant foot is set to .15, but even combining, that is .25mm and this cap measures over 1.2mm at the widest part.
Thank you for the reply, yes the slicer shows the correct, .1mm brim gap completely around the part. It’s very strange, almost like there is an X/Y mistake somewhere between brim placement and part placement.

The Brim and the outside boundary are printed in the same direction, so that is not helping either. Otherwise I might have suspected a loose belt.
It would still be worthwhile to execute a belt tensioning procedure though.
Still I think that the bad prime line is part of the issue. It feels like the filament flow is not very consistent.
You might have an issue with the extruder instead.
Thanks Gerrit. I had done multiple belt tightening procedures throughout my testing, thinking the same as you. There was no effect.
On a lark, I also ordered the visual encoder and ran a few “calibrate → print” cycles, each time the brim was not concentric with the circular part.
I suspect an X/Y skew issue perhaps “squeezing” the part in one direction. As the circumferences are different this may lead to a slightly oval shape. This could potentially cause that gap.
I’m going to be doing a bit more measuring (califlower, etc) to see what the skew looks like.
I don’t think that the vision encoder will help here.
If there is skew, then all passes are skewed, so that wouldn’t solve such local deviations.
An irregular flow seems more likely. Your prime line is what worries me. That should simply be a full line. Therefore extruder issues are more likely imho.
