I would contact support before something gets destroyed. You can check if the head moves freely over the bed (can it reach the furthest corners? turn it off and try moving it by hand, notice any major resistance), but I wouldn’t mess with it if it’s new, let support handle that.
Do you have a correct printer selected in the slicer? Supposedly trying to print a model sliced for A1 can cause stuff like this (mind boggles why there’s no check…)
