Can someone point me in the right direction to figure out how to make my filaments NOT appear in the unsupported filaments list? I’ve spent a lot of time with some of them, tweaking them to get them perfect, and now apparently there is no more room in the cloud and I can’t use them? I’ve got two X1 Carbons, and the newest one is just a year old and has been down for two months. The stepper motor went bad, and I replaced it only to now have what appears to be a bad filament sensor board or switch. I bought my first X1 shortly after the Kickstarter campaign, and it is a sweet machine and is still going strong. The second one is not the same machine. It’s noisy and unreliable, and as of now, it will only print one color. If you are listening Bambu Lab, the machine is no better than your competition, which I guess I have no choice but to turn to. You are making the printing experience an absolute nightmare, and you really don’t deserve the following you have, which will eventually die out as makers get tired of being treated like necessary evils. But I digress. Does anyone have a fix for this stupid, unsupported filament issue?
