How long have you waited after it stops? You may want to do a factory reset then try to upgrade.
You might want to try an offline update:
I tried the offline update too… the machine won’t recognize the file on the SD card so that’s clearly not a working option either. This is super frustrating.
Shucks, it’s all super frustrating, MJsMom. But it’s the kind of torture we keep coming back too.
Hoping some little Ah-Ha moment pushes us over some stumbling block.
