i would love to upload videos of my models on makerworld but when you upload a make it only allows pictures and GIFs which cant be so long and very inconvenient to convert. i think that makerworld should allow mp4 files and other common video formats to allow people to upload good , detailed videos of their make.

I have found Gifski to be good at optimizing videos into GIFs, making much smaller files than most other tools I’ve tried. Works on Windows and Mac, and the command line version is also available for Linux:
