Need printer working ASAP, can I just replace the entire toolhead, I was one of the first to receive the printer when it came out.
Cannot find part Part A0003-06 V5_Extrucon_R05

I think you’ll need to contact support if it is a Kickstarter edition, there was a change to the laser and I suspect you’ll need a bunch of new parts.

Thank you Krellboy, It sounds like this could be a few weeks out to repair.
I wonder if anyone has an extra one to sell?

Bamboo labs support is so slow and I need my printer backup and running ASAP.

I’m I able to replace my toolhead with a new one?

Also I read the new lidar is better?

I currently have a Part A0003-06 V5_Extrucon_R05 which isn’t available anymore.

SIDE NOTE: Interesting thing is I have five of these machines four of them I bought a year ago and one of them I bought under the Kickstart, they all seem to run the same.

I am looking for this part as well. Bambu customer service is awful. I scanned the Qr codes and links are broken as well. Have you had any luck rectifying your issue
