I’ve tried customizable models from various designers, not just my own. Clicking Customize button does nothing.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

Works for me. Do you see the popup showing after clicking the customize button?
If not, try disabling the ads blocker, if you are using one.
Try click “Customize”, the popup opened to me too.
No issues here. Are you using a mac by chance? Which browser are you using?
I use Firefox on both my desktop browser and mobile device, and neither is working.
I’ve tried Chrome, and it works correctly.
Can anyone using Firefox confirm if there are similar issues?
Works fine here on Firefox 140.0.1 (64-Bit) on Windows.
It seems to be working now, I can’t explain why… maybe it was a temporary problem. Thanks to all!
Can anyone reply with some pics of what a customize/generator procedure looks like?
Is it a very simple thing?
i.e. radio buttons and pull downs ? Or more involved?
You have for sure textbox, numeric inputs (openscad allows to draw sliders, not sure makerworld visualize them too), checkboxes, and dropdownlists. Also file upload.
Not sure about radiobuttons.
When file is opened in openscad i get nothing like those
Yep, as benjamin said, the same parameters I posted above are visualized like this.
edit: Not sure why my dropdownlists appears as textboxes though.

Empty vertices(no model)

I guess it’s not loading properly
Please check if you see window options maybe somewhere in the topbar, you may need to enable it or have parameters that are configurable in the first place.
