Anyone else seem to have used parts in their factory new box. My build plate had the usual scrape marks from the tool head cleaning after use, but everything was in factory packaging.
My heated bed already came with scratch marks from the build plates.
And the glass door had no plastic film on it and was full of finger prints.
I guess it called using manufacturer approved refurbished parts and a lot of companies do this.
Returns that got taken apart have their still good parts going back in production…
Not much we can do about…
