I am receiving requests from users to perform small modifications to my designs to suit their needs, and I am very happy to oblige.
The problem is that they want it fast and I would not be able to print the result first in order to take pictures and include them in the print profile, as per the rules.
I know and they know that the print profile will work, since the main profile has been printed hundreds of times by many users, and the changes are small.
What do you do in such situations?
If I’m putting the profile on Makerworld, I’ll print it. Otherwise, I’d just send the print profile directly to the person in question.
Make them private and supply a link only ?, then remove ?
Can he see private profiles?

So just add the modified STL’s as raw model files, those don’t require print profiles and the user can download them
I had this recently, someone wanted me modify model for a1 mini. all they needed do was turn it diagonal or slice cut top off ;D Told them this still waiting rrply if they managed it

I’ve done this before: I sent the user a modified model along with the print profile and asked them to share some photos in return. Once I received the pictures, I posted the profile together with the user’s print results.
I just tested it and indeed, I can add a 3MF to the model files without it being a print profile while still being downloadable:
I added my prusament adapter print profile to this model as a raw file and I believe everybody should be able to download it:
This way you should not need a photo of a proven print because you added it as a model (“just for the geometry”) and not as a print profile
