Need to order a fair bit of filament for various projects but it seems the Bambu EU store is confused what it has in stock, what it doesn’t, when it’s getting new stock…
I fill in the form to get notified when an item is back in stock, I get an email saying the item has arrived, go to the store and it’s still not there. Then later in the day the item is available, add to cart, go to check out and the item is gone again.
Bambu EU store… sort yourselves out. I get it’s Xmas and things might be sold out but you need to handle your supply chain and online shop better. Can’t plan like this.
The Bambue EU shop (I can’t speak for others) is now like this: Okay, I need this filament and that filament in two months’ time, so I have to order them now.
I’ve got into the habit of planning two months ahead because of this.
It’s still a silly situation. I ran out of black filament, which is a mistake that happens. Nobody told anyone, and now I haven’t been able to order any more for weeks. It’s been sold out for at least a month.
Actually, this has nothing to do with Christmas; it happens all the time.
Bambu filament = It’s best to plan at least one month in advance.
