P1p with pla, tz v3.0 aftermarket hotend with 0.8mm cht clone nozzle.
Wanted a 0.8mm nozzle when i dabble with vase prints so i can print with thick walls, the bottom of a test print i did with 2mm wall width and it came somewhat nice even thou there are gaps.
However, the quality of the walls leaves alot to be desired with gaps and layers not being printed on top of each other but with a various offset.
Still running the stock extruder but only got 620 hours on it with non abrasive filaments and prints fine with stock 0.4mm nozzle so dont think its worn out.
I have made a flow test and it came out decent with 0 as the best result, also done a pa test from 0 to 0.5 and every single line except 0.02 was broken and even then it was uneven.
Anyone else tried the v3.0 aftermarket hotend with 0.8mm cht clone nozzle? how did it work out for you? any calibrations done?
