Slow down the inner walls to about 200 too. That way the speed does not fluctuate so much and it will get even better. I am glad that you are getting good results
So i sliced the first model again and the line is visible even in the slicer. I changed the Speed already to 47 so the whole model is in the same speed/color. Inner walls are at 150. the problem is with the walls/pattern, just where the pattern thins out
That there won’t be perfect as you wish. That is part of the model as the ribs start curving and with that, compressing. That is a design flaw and can only be fixed in the project itself.
That line does look like it is geometry driven rather than speed driven.
Not at my laptop atm, but is it that the inner radius is smaller than the line width?
As @Square3D mentioned, you can only correct that by enlarging that radius or using thinner wall lines.
Thanks a lot guys! Bit sad that i cant fix it the easy way but really appreciate your fast help!
We’ve all been there
And repeatedly go back for more
It just is a good feeling when achieving something today that we could not do yesterday
My problem now opens up problems in shapr3d. So if you‘re fluent, hit me up
Sorry, in Onshape, FreeCad, SolidWorks, 3DX I can do a few things. Shapr3D is unfortunately beyond me. But maybe @crazymilchmann or somebody else?
