Version 2.3.0.70 won't run

New user here. Everything was fine until I loaded V2.3.0.70 today. Now when I attempt to open Studio, it says that it is “Loading Configuration”, and it fails to open. Have tried numerous restarts, uninstall and reinstall of Studio with no change in results. Still running Windows 10. Not a techie. Can someone give me a simple solution?

Uninstall Bambu Studio and remove the folder:

C:\Users%username%\AppData\Roaming\BambuStudio

Then, reinstall Bambu Studio.

I stumbled across a link to load the previous version of Studio. That worked and everything seems to be OK. Thanks for your reply. I"ll file that away for any future problems with upgrades. I’m moving to a new Windows 11 PC next week. We’ll see what adventures that creates.

Should be a Win 11 update soon since the last one borked access to local host and broke the ability to use USB keyboard or mouse in WRE (windows recovery environment).

I’m having the same problem after updating Bambu Studio to version V2.3.0.70.
What’s the previous version? Where can I download it?
I’m new to this and don’t really know what to do.
Thanks and regards.

You can download previous versions from here:

I am experiencing the same issue with my version of the software. The application works fine until I install the network plugin. As soon as the plugin is installed, the software shuts down. When I try to open the software again, the loading configuration screen appears briefly for about two seconds, after which the application closes without displaying any error message.

I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, but the problem is still present. If I install Bambu Lab without the network plugin, the software runs correctly. However, the moment I install the network plugin, the software crashes again. I have checked my firewall settings, which appear to be fine, and I have no further clue as to why this is happening.
