Very bad marks on the top surface

Hi tehre,

I printed out some parts with ironing on the top surface. They were marked badly, making some strange lines and even some areas have lots of problems. I attached some pictures.

Before starting I made a vertical calibration of the machine (in the printer menu) and I always make all the tests before starting to print.

It’s an A1 printer, with the standard 0.4 nozzle

I used Bambu Studio with the 0.2 standard profile

This is PLA from esun

thanks

Did you start with the filament profiles you can download from eSun? I had some similar problems until I used their profiles, and it made a huge difference. After I installed the eSun profiles on my A1 I used the automatic calibration to get a better K factor set, turned off the automatic flow control and eSun prints beautifully for me on the A1. 3D Printing Settings |

This area looks like the part isn’t flat on the top. The top surface would normally be one continuous extrusion, not one with multiple outside walls.

What does the preview look like in Bambu Studio?
