Very slow and inadequate support from Babmbu Lab -

My H2D printer suddenly died for light use in only three months. Bambu lab has been very very slow to respond. Every three or four days they ask for something simple wihich was already explainted in the initial request.
Bambu lab. Please help. It is very very disappointing.
I am waiting desparately. I promptly respond to and them wait for few more day.

Wont turn on at all? You tried to remove and reseat the “power key”? Check the breakers on your electrical panel? If all of those things are fine, probably a dead PSU (or loose cable), very common point of failure in electronics.

I did every thing bambu labs advised me to.
It is the power supply.
The printer is new, just three months.
Anxiously waiting for the Return shipping label.

They will probably just send you a new PSU and you will have a repair quest ahead of you. You dont have to wait, you can follow the wiki and check for loose cables, blown fuse and if you have a multimeter you can check for power output on the PSU 24v terminals etc.

Why would he need to repair it himself? If he feels like sending it back for repair that is entirely an option. I don’t think anyone has actually ever had one repaired, they just send a new one instead.

Thats how bambu usually handles repairs, with parts and not by getting the unit sent to them for repair, unless the printer is DOA. YMMV.

No, that is what people accept when offered, either because they want to get the unit running quickly or it’s so big and heavy that it might be inconvenient to re-box and ship.

This is important. You don’t need to be replacing non-consumable items on the printer under warranty. You can choose to, and often it’s the right choice, but it’s entirely up to you.
