VFA/ringing issue resolved

guys this solution can work but obviously if you have major technical problems like a broken bearing, a broken belt tensioner or damaged bars for example, you have to solve them by replacing the piece and then, you can apply this procedure.
I discovered a possible solution to the VFA problem
so: they are the automatic belt tensioners, even if loosened for cleaning the bars for example, during re-locking, (following the bambu wiki procedure) the belt tensioners tend to tighten the belt excessively, and everything is reflected on the xy rollers. during re-locking therefore, I added a wedge in the belt tensioner so that it does not tighten too much. in practice the writing “pom” must be completely visible,
I also squared the bed with the wheels under the bed and the help of a caliper, but the main improvement occurred when I did the work on the belt tensioners… guys I can assure you that now the vfa has reduced by 95% at least in my case

Yes… yes the first photo on the left was a piece already printed previously…on the right a new print and below on the right with opaque material

I don’t think this could be a solution…
let’s assume that in my case the X and Y axis belts were cut shorter (even by just one millimeter) than those that were mounted on your printer…the position of the “POM” writing would change position compared to your case, so the tension of the belts could be “correct” even with the “POM” writing partially covered…

assuming it is cut shorter, you should simply push the tensioner further forward, that’s all… doing a couple of tests obviously… but I doubt that there are shorter or longer belts… maybe loose belts yes… but in my opinion it would be enough to just push the simple tensioner

I agree with what you say but at this point it becomes difficult (in my opinion) to find the right point of the correct tension.
it’s still a solution to try…
maybe soft is better…

actually look to find the correct tension point, you can try to loosen the belt a little at a time … then try to push the printer head diagonally very quickly, if you feel that the belt loses steps, (you notice it because it slips a lot and makes a different noise) then just let the tensioner open a little and relock … you can see the result from the photos … maybe it will take you 5 minutes more … I hope you can solve it … in any case try … if you have the vfa problem it doesn’t cost you anything to try XD p.s obviously excluding that you don’t have other problems for example a broken tensioner roller
