''Vibrating/resonating'' noise on X+ movements

When using my P1S on mostly the bigger prints, it always makes a very strange and loud resonating noise when moving from left to right in the X axis, sometimes/less when moving from right to left.
Already tried changing to monotomic but here it does the same diagonal from top left to bottom right.
Tensioned the belts 2 times, ran a vibration compensation calibration a couple times but nothing seems to help.
When i hold the printhead while printing in the X axis it stops for a while, but after 10/15 seconds it starts again. Already removed the head cover and checked and tightend al the small hex screws inside.
Am i missing something here? I think its probably the carbon rods that run a little dry since they get 0 lube/grease while the steel Z and Y rods get it.
The noise isnt the real problem, the artifacs seen on the print are, while making the top most layer it’s not visible because with 50mm/s it doesnt make the noise, but still.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Is it possible your nozzle is damaged and extruding extra filament unevenly then scratching the overextruded area when going from left to right?

Possible maybe, but wouldnt it make noise in every direction then? En how to check for damaged nozzle? The prints come out véry nice/high quality still.

Hey did you ever get this figure out? I am having this exact problem

I am also having an issue that maybe related, It is like a low level rumbling from the printer near constant to the point that i can’t hear the fans over the noise.
Using my phone (So loose measurement) I am seeing just over 60db of constant noise 7ft away from the printer.

I can’t really hear where is is coming from at all, I have tried going round all screws and making sure they are tight, Doing a belt alignment and tension and adding sound deading to the side panels but not really helped.
