Hi all, hope everyone is well.
I recently got my X2D delivered and I’m loving the printer. I seem to be getting an warning message at the bottom left of the screen which says (curve planning support detected on your printer. The software has automatically disabled arc fitting).
Is there anyway I can stop this warning coming up after I slice my print files?
Also I will say I have noticed if I re-check arc fitting on certain prints it seems to lower print speed times.

Has anyone else had any experience/issues with this warning?
If so what’s people’s opinions?

Well for starters, that’s not a warning. It’s a tip.

Yeah, sorry not a warning message.
My reason for posting is to see if anyone has noticed difference in print times etc with arc off.
My other question was can I stop the box popping up, because yes I do find it annoying
Just as an explanation, arc fitting and curve planning are two ways of the machine figuring out how to move - old school machines used linear interpolation (breaking up every curve into little tiny line segments), arc fitting was an improvement that treated every non-linear section as an arc (smoother overall), and now curve planning uses splices to be even more precise.
I haven’t seen this message, but perhaps there’s an option to disable in the Preferences menu.

With every print I get the same info display message, very annoying. Anybody find a way to trn the message off?

Simply disable the arc fitting and save the preset without arc fitting enabled. It looks like it is the only way of getting rid of that tip/message
I have done exactly that and it still brings up the message. So even though it hasn’t changed any setting, because it was already adjusted, it still claims to have disabled arc fitting 
I hope that they will donate us a switch in the future to hide this very valuable information.
