Are you saying after you click “sync now” it keeps reappearing?

Yes. I have tried Syncing the printer before slicing, it still pops up. I click sync now, it pops up every time I slice. I click later, it pops up every time I slice. OFTEN I click Sync now, It asks which nozzle I select the nozzle, then I click Sync Now then it asks AGAIN then it finally slices. I’m on an H2D. up to 4 pop ups PER SLICE is INSANE. This vibe coding has got to stop.

I haven’t looked at the code to see where this is stored, but is there any chance you have more than one instance open?
Only one instance. Apparently only when I have the H2D selected under devices. The X1C I have does not create this same problem.
Default printer profile, default everything profile. This pop up, plus the nozzle select, occurs twice no matter what you do if you hit “Sync now”
WORK AROUND/SOLVED IT: HAVING 2 DIFFERENT NOZZLE DIAMETERS SETUP IN THE PRINTER IS THE SOURCE OF THIS INSANITY.
As Soon as I changed the nozzle diameters to the same size ON THE PRINTER (one reg, one HF) this INFURIATING POP UP SPAM stopped.

I only have standard, though I have had HF nozzles on both in the past, they are both standard now and this never changes - maybe its stuck somehow invisibly on everyone’s end?
I get this constantly with H2C connected if I have mixed regular and high flow nozzles mounted in the Vortek rack. And if I let it sync it changes the nozzle type I already had selected in the slicer settings for the right side to “hybrid.” I don’t even know what that means since you don’t assign nozzles 'till sent to the printer, so the slicer can’t know which filaments might be on which nozzle. And anyway when only one filament is used on the right side that makes even less sense.

I have the same issue on the H2D with two different nozzle sizes and using Beta SW 02.07.00.50.
It happens exactly twice every time I hit Slice, even after syncing all filaments and nozzles beforehand.
No issues on my other printers. The printer prints fine — I just click Later and ignore it. I’m sure it will get fixed eventually, but the repeated prompts are a bit redundant.))

I had these popups constantly on my H2C. I finally realized hotend 4 in the vortek rack was “unknown”. I had it reread all the hotends and the popup stopped appearing.
