Warning window - confusion

Good Morning,
Im getting a strange warning window after Slicing in Bambu Studio
Im using a P1P , slicer setting for Generic PETG. Bambu Studio ver. 2.3.1.51
I only have one printer setup. The P1P.
This happens on files I have created from scratch as well as ones I have downloaded. Im very careful about the printer system preset only for the P1P.
Anyone have this issue?

Can you share a screenshot of the prepare tab section showing the project printer?

This normally occurs when the project printer selection is a different printer from the one selected in the device tab, in your case, the only one there.

If you had a project from someone else loaded before the one you created, it will keep that last printer for new projects.

This is a project created in Sketchup and imported into Bambu. its never been sliced. Im getting the same error window.

Try selecting the P1S as your printer, slicing the print and sending. If this works, check to see if on the printer display in Accessories/Upgrade Kit you have the “official enclosure kit” installed.

Note: Starting from P1 series OTA version 01.05.00.00 (Know more about it from P1P/P1S and AMS Firmware Release History), P1P now has support for the flag confirming if the P1P has been upgraded with an enclosure. It is available under “Accessories” → “Upgrade Kit”. When this option is selected, you can use the P1S Bambu Studio profiles without the prompt “Incorrect printer model”. (Studio supported version: 1.8.1 and above).

Thank you. That was the issue. I did not realize that I had checked the “upgrade Kit” so regardless if I have a P1P if I check that upgrade kit I essentially have a P1S now and should slice it with that printer chosen?

Correct
