I’ve had this issue intermittently where floating walls would start to warp up, causing the printhead to hit the layers and often ruins my print (unless it’s on the inside of the model, like in the picture). I am printing using PLA.
I have tried multiple things based on info I found on the forum, increasing and decreasing the printhead temp and heatbed temp, decreasing and increasing the fan speeds, opening or closing the chamber, faster or slower speeds, increasing the infill, you name it.
None of it seems to make a difference for me however, and without a core understanding of the issue this makes it quite difficult for me to even know where to begin.
I hope someone here can shed some light onto what is most likely to be the culprit, and what kind of stress-test models would work best to see if the issue is fixed or if I should tweak more settings.
