When did you last clean your build plate and did you clean it correctly?
If you used alcohol, you better have been drinking it.

I clean it once every 3 days or so. I dont print every day but yea

Way too often.
You may have affected to build surface with too much cleaning.
Clean if you see obvious marks you left or by previous prints, or when you lose adhesion.
I swap plates every couple of hundred hours at the earliest and only after a couple of adhesion issues.

Such a wavy pattern usually indicates a flow issue.
So filament drying, plate cleaning, filament calibration first, then we can look at more troublesome root causes…
