Why do I get this weird edge where the print transitions from a infilled disc to hollow cylinder only on the front 2 parts of only on printer (other printer does not do it)?
That is pretty common though that looks pretty rough.
This is the same problem as the Benchy hull line.
There is no exact fix, you have to just play around with some settings until it is minimalized. Cooling and speed are the biggest culprits. If this is a decorative piece, the best way is to add some texture to the outside and try to hide the line.

I am familiar with the benchy hull line and can accept a little bit of it, but it has never been this bad, and it is only the front 2 parts, I am printing 4 and the back ones are fine. Also another same printer, filament, temp etc… doesn’t have it:

BTW Polymaker Polymax PC, chamber temp 60, nozzle 280. I have printed 100 of these without this problem before

Could it be there is not enough slack in your PTFE tube? You said it does not happen to the ones in the back
Good call, I noticed the filament being a little harder to load on this printer. I will try replacing the tube. I already replaced the nozzle and inspected the extruder.
Does the issue go all the way around the part, or is it only on a section? If it is only a section this could point at a positional issue like the ptfe tube mentioned or possibly something in the drive section. If you print a box (or 3 walls) in the same location with and without an overhang do they have the same issue?
