Weird Color Matching after Latest Update

I’ll keep this short and to the point.
Since the latest update Bambu studio has been matching colors really weird. If I select my PLA matte in AMS 1, slot 3, on the left nozzle of my H2D, it will only allow me to print in the tan PLA matte which is loaded in slot 3 of my second AMS attached to the right nozzle.
It’ll slice with black selected (left nozzle), and on the send to printer screen, it will show that I’m printing with the right nozzle and the tan will be selected, I can’t change it either as it will only show the right nozzle’s AMS.
The only way I’ve found to make it work is to slice it three times, (Three shall be the number of slicing, and the number of slicing shall be three. lol) the third time it will actually choose the right nozzle and black PLA as selected.
Am I the only one here? Am I just doing something wrong?
Sorry for the crapy explanation, don’t know how else to put it.

Why on earth do I have to sync my filaments to the machine every single time I open the software? It never used to do this.
@bambu_support what exactly is going on here?
