For some reason, my printer is doing this any time I print.
Filament is dry, correct settings, clean nozzle and bed leveled.
It doesn’t matter what filament I use this always happens.
Is this time for a completely new extruder or is there something else going on here?
Have you ever taken the extruder apart to clean the inside? It is part of the regular maintenance. It could be worn and in need of replacement. Get a hardened steel one if you replace.
I have several times. even dismantled the entire head to make sure nothing was stuck.
I got a few hardened steel from amazon and bambu and it still does it after i switch them.
Could it be an issue with the heater or thermistor on the hotend?
From watching it heat up, it seems to heat up just fine.
It looks like your autocalibration is setting Z too close to the plate.
Check the tightness of the hotend heatblock screws. To access them, take out the nozzle, take out the 3 screws holding the black block on, fold it down to access its back side, and check the 4 screws on this back side. These notoriously come unscrewed and/or weren’t put in tight to begin with.
As you put it back together, really make sure the nozzle is seated in and clipped well. I find it helps to trim the stump of 1.75mm filament off.
Other less common fixes are to clean your Z rods, get rid of stray pieces of plastic under the plate above the bed, etc
