I have 250 hours on my H2c and today I heard a clicking from the extruder while doing its purge. I can’t get it to make the noise while doing a manual extrude, but I do hear it every time while its purging. It is not the extruder because it doesn’t make this noise with any of the other nozzles. Bambu Petg and maybe a little PLA for supports. I have dedicated nozzles for my other filaments.
I have done a few cold pulls and even used the needle. Still clicks when purging.
Any Ideas other than throw it away and get another?
I was thinking maybe running some CF or GF ASA through it to give it a little reaming. Its a .4 nozzle though.

Heat a 1.5mm allen key with a torch and feed into the nozzle from the inlet end, allow to cool, then pull the key out, it will take whatever’s stuck in there with it. You may need to repeat a few times and potentially add some short bits of filament into the nozzle to “feed” more material to this process once nothing else is coming out.
I don’t see how the allen key thing would do any better than the cold pull. The allen key was best for complete clog. I can get filament to pass through the nozzle, so its not completely clogged.
The cold pulls and needle got it to where I can see through it when holding it up to the light.
