Hello,
So i am having a huge issue with one of my A1 printers where it created these odd indents. They are consistant when i print the model. I did flow calibration and that didnt fix it. It is the same Bambu Basic filament on both prints. The same print profile sent from Bambu Studios. AMS Lite on both printers. Everything is the same on both printers. But the one on the left keeps having this same odd issue for any print.
Any help would be great since i dont even know what to search to find tgis issue elsewhere.
Thank you
Hey there!
Hope you’re having a good day,
I’d suggest looking into the bed levelling on the Z Axis just to see if the bed levelling could make the corners and bottom inconsistent. Also I’d just like to clarify if this is happens on both printers or not.
Hope to hear from you soon,
Have a good one.
Thank you,
I have it do an auto bed level before every print and the first layer seems good to me. Is there a more detailed bed level I would need to try?
It is only on the 1 printer. Everything is the same on both printers, but only the one printer is doing this. The cube on the right is from my other printer with the same filament and file being sent to it in the same room.
How would bed level cause this only on the corners at different heights consistently across 10 or so test prints but not the first layer?
No problemo,
If you can I’d suggest to try calibrate and inspect the Z Axis to see if anything looks wobbly or if any screws aren’t tight and making sure everything is screwed and locked into place.
Maybe a dumb question, but how do i calibrate the z axis?
Do you have a link on how to check all that and calibrate it?
Thank you
