Anyone can guess whats happens? Its a hamster wheel and the filament is the same but i get that “white” line
Your photo makes it pretty difficult to see what is happening. Could you share a photo with more light or the file itself? First thing I would check would be if the speed changes significantly at that point in the model.

Yes, sorry i taked the photo in my cave, im uploading more and the STL
And the problem was just when it started the walls and finished the base
And the STL was this

I used the 0.20 layer height speed profile
The inner surface layer took very long to print before continuing on the wall. So the wall layer at the surface level shrunk or cool down.
Filament shrink as it cool, the reason the rest of the wall is smooth due the consistent layer time. If you drop down and click layer time in the preview, you will see one layer takes forever to finish.
You can mitigate this by slowing down the print so the speed stays consistent throughout the print but it means your print will probably take much much longer. For example if you managed to get each and every layer to take around 2100 seconds then I believe it would be consistent. I think they (Bambu) are working on this. Also I’ve heard changing the walls to Arachne and setting precise wall to on might help.
